My Equipment

It was not easy traveling with 8 checked-in luggages and 4 carry-ons dedicated to astronomy equipment. I brought along two AP900 GOTO mounts for two simultaneous imaging platforms. A Takahashi FSQ106 was used to achieve a midfield image scale while a Zeiss 300mm and a Canon 135mm lenses were used for wider field objects. The site was exceptionally dark. I could not see any light domes all the way down to the horizon in the South direction. There were mountain ranges on both the Eastern and Western sides but did pose a problem for imaging.
